Blakeshine became a Queen Of The Night when she refused to take naps in pre-school and demanded her teacher make a play corner for her when the other kids slept. She is a Queen because a Shaman once told her to shush during an ayahuasca trip and she looked up and said, “nah”. With a backpack full of champagne and fur coats - she celebrates the absurdity of life through her stage performances and her music festival productions. She co-founded Queens Of The Night to bring the chaos and magic of 3am warehouse parties to web3.
Courtney became a Queen Of The Night when she was voted out of the goth club in high school for wearing too many floral prints. She discovered her inner Queen when she covered her middle school bedroom walls with cutouts of Leigh Bowery, Lady Miss Kier, Klaus Nomi and Divine. And Courtney fully blossomed into a Queen Of The Night when she founded Disco Dining Club - an internationally renowned theatrical dining experience. Now a co-founder of Queens Of The Night, Courtney continues to disrupt puritanical sensibilities while providing a safe haven for fringe communities.
Sliz became a queen the moment she started going topless at recess. She is a queen because she creates art that explores the taboos and absurdities of life--drugs, sex and lizards. Sliz is an embodiment of the Queen cartoons - with big sleepy eyes, gem-stoned cowboy hats, and clothing that resembles a 1960s acid trip. With a deep love for pretty much anything hedonistic, Sliz now offers her art skills to Queens as the artist and designer of the collection.
